Description
Ronnie Roberts was the proud builder of this elegant new mow (rhymes with cow), from about 30 sheaves. Stacked like this a couple of days after the binder, the grain was comparatively safe from rain and could ripen a bit more before stacking or threshing. A technique common in Wales, unknown in England.
