Letter of complaint from the Cardiff United Football Club to the Cardiff Maccabi Football Club, dated 7th April 1972 - 'Maccabi' referring to a Jewish Organisation with its mission to "Promote Jewish Identity through Sport" [source: http://www.maccabi.com.au/NSW/Page/335/About-Maccabi-NSW/Maccabi-History.cfm].
The letter addresses the growing concerns for ignored pitch bookings, false accusations relating to Parks Committee claims, and the restricted use of Greenway Road. Personal, and shared sentiments of the club are conveyed, with reference made to poor conduct and troublesome relationships that have formed. The letter finishes with a constructive note and hopes that improvements will be made between the clubs.

In 1969, Stanley Soffa and Adrian Freedman travelled to London to submit an application so that the Cardiff Football Club would be allowed to join the Maccabi Southern Football League - it was accepted.
