"These people are from Carmarthenshire: Mr W Gerallt Harries from Llandeilo, having secured a place to stay for the Eisteddfod with Mrs E Rosser, from Carmarthenshire - who is also the secretary for the hospitality committe - the committe makes sure that everyone is charged a fair price; people are asked not to charge more than fifteen shillings for bed and breakfast - and less if the guests stay for more than one night."
