Owen Jones - Llewellin only said Me, to that - my husband was

would not go with them, and asked them what they did want with him
they said for him to go down with them to Pontnewydd and he should
know, Pontnewydd is New Bridge - He was taking hold of the Chair
fast and he told them "I might as well be killed here as to go
down to Newport to be killed - then Job Harris said come, come
Walters come along - I think Job Harris was afraid of them
because he was like as if he was crying making that noise - They
took my husband out of this here Chair towards the Door - they
took him out of the house - When I saw the Gun held up to my
Husband I turned towards the Door - I said stop stop if you
are going to shoot in the house let me have my life, and I
went to the Door - I did not go out I did go further then,
after my husband was taken out - The man with the Gun
came back into the house with Walters' clothes - it was out he
had to dress with them - they had taken him out without his Clothes
this man came in for his Coat and some things it rained
shocking - I have a son about 15 years of age - he went out
with his father - I can't say exactly what time my husband
