Description
This image was shared with us by Siaron James of a barge in the River Wye. Siaron said: "It was going to be taken upstream to Hereford to be converted into a floating bar. It did make it to Hereford, and languished by the Wye Bridge there for a while, it was owned by an ex SAS guy Frank Barton but he never got planning permission."
