A Short Biography of Tommy 'Twinkletoes' Jacobsen: Born in Pillwenlly, Tommy was born with no arms. He was educated in a Boarding school where he learned Calligraphy, and developed other talents: travelled internationally with London Palladium, Variety Circuit, worked for the BBC, loved locally.
