Ashok Mukherjee [AM] interviewed by Sandip Raha of the Wales Puja Committee (WPC). AM is a past chairman of the WPC, and in this interview, he discusses his involvement and the history of the organization. AM has been in Wales for 35 years, involved in Welsh Puja Committee (WPC) since 1984/5, names original members, leaving for 5 years before returning in 1994. Remarks on past venues for the Durga Puja, including the Parade and Empire Swimming Pool. Describes the images used in the early years, and mentions specific events and involvement of children and families in cultural events. Now become part of Indian Welsh Community.
