Description
A colour photograph of the commemorative rock (or stone) outside the Coastguard Station at Nell's Point in Barry The plaque on the rock reads "This building was officially opened by Councillor Margaret Alexander-Leader on 16th February 2007. The former Coastguard Station was refurbished by The Vale of Glamorgan Council in partnership with The National Coastwatch Foundation & Associated British Ports. The project was financed by The Welsh Assembly Government through the Physical Regeneration Fund." A second plaque with the same message in Welsh sits below the English-Language plaque.
