Description
Poster of an Eisteddfod with chaired competitions in a marque on Easter Monday on 11 June 1962. There was a programme of all competitions available and they included a champion solo and recitation and a competition for mixed or female choirs over 25 in number. The chair was awarded for a ode (pryddest) of no more than 120 lines in length. For these competitions there were fairly generous financial prizes.
