Description
Ian was involved in running Haverfordwest & District Mencap Society, which set up a sub-committee to start running the gardens in 1962. There was a lack of facilities and opportunities for people with a learning disability in the county so parents got together to create the six-acre site.
Recorded as part of the Citizen Curators project, run by Mencap Cymru with funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
