Description
Blaen Bran former colliery and brickworks. Set up by R J Blewitt in 1837 as the Porthmawr Colliery, later to become the Brickworks by 1839 and passing via John Lawrence in 1845 to Henry Parfitt in 1847. (www.industrialgwent.co.uk ), accessed 18.10.14.
