Description
Solar panels being used to charge batteries for cameras and other electronic devices. The panels are resting against a stone wall on Skokholm Island with the cottage in the background. These were designed and built by Michael G. Wiles, a long-term 'Skokholmite', and represent an early attempt at 'green' energy harnessing on Skokholm
