Description

The residents of Maerdy created a Memorial to the Miner's of Mardy Colliery and the price of coal. This magnificent memorial is situated at the bottom of the Aberdare mountain road and includes the four masonry dedication stones the date stones and signage from the now Demolished Maerdy Workinmen's Hall & Institute.
