Description

Memories of Aberfan disaster and what is remembers of what was seen on television and media. He discusses Aberfan and his feeling that Wales was more parochial before the arrival of the Assembly. He talks of the disgrace that the NCB were not prosecuted after the disaster and believes that that is because of the connections between the industry and the Labour government of the time. He feels the people of the area had adequate leadership and that they were also less aggressive after a century of battling against their masters.
