Ingredients
- three tablespoonfuls oatmeal
- cold buttermilk
Method
- Put the oatmeal in a basin or bowl and fill it with buttermilk.
- Stir well and eat immediately.
A popular dish during harvest time, it was usually eaten as a snack between meals.
