Description
Ingredients
- half a pint cold milk
- pepper and salt
- one tablespoonful plain flour (or cornflour)
- one tablespoonful finely chopped parsley
Method
- Blend the flour with a little of the milk.
- Heat the remainder of the milk in a saucepan and pour the flour mixture into it.
- Stir continuously with a wooden spoon and bring it to the boil.
- Add the parsley, season with pepper and salt and boil for a further two minutes.
Serve with hot salmon or sewin.
