Letter written to Thomas Benbow Phillips at 8 Melbourne Street, Hulme, Manchester.by Rev John Phillips, Vron, Bangor, North Wales dated 21 February, 1850

Rev John Phillips was in favour of persuading the people of Wales to consider emigration, and wished to be informed of everything to do with the Rio Grande do Sul scheme, so he could form a balanced view on the subject.
