Title: ‘Welsh Harper / 5 / G.B. Campion Litho / Printed by J Graf. / London. Published Decr. 1st. 1836, by Ackermann & Co. No. 36, Strand.
Description: A girl and woman listening to an itinerant Welsh harper.
(1) Man, playing what is probably a Welsh triple harp, which, unlike the classical harp had no pedals and was light enough to carry long distances. He is wearing a coat, possibly a shirt and tie of some sort; waistcoat, breeches tied with a ribbon at the knee, striped stockings, ill-fitting spats and shoes.
(2) girl with striped dress over what might be a long-sleeved shift; footless stockings which are hooked over one toe; no shoes.
(3) Woman in an Anglesea hat with black ribbon tie, goffered cap, shawl or kerchief, loose striped bedgown, plain skirt, striped stockings, shoes. There is a cottage in the background.
