Description

A photograph from the last service to be held at Eglwys Celyn. The chapel was de-consecrated and demolished in 1963, in preparation for the flooding of the village to create a water supply for Liverpool.Dafydd Roberts (centre), Chairman of the Capel Celyn Defence Committee, donated a number of items to Amgueddfa Cymru - National Museum Wales.
