Cymdeithas Aberteifi Society is a civic society devoted to encouraging pride in Cardigan through it's heritage and people. In 2019 the society are organising a number of events to commemorate the bicentenary of the voyage of the Albion a fast sailing brig registered to Cardigan which took a group of emigrants to New Brunswick in Canada in the Spring of 1819.
